  3. COMPUTER SIMULATION OF MICROBIAL COMPETITION IN CONTINUOUS CULTURE

  5. This is a program for any IBM-compatible PC which allows students to 
  6. simulate the operation of a continuous culture containing one or two
  7. microbial strains. The screen emulates the control panel of the 
  8. bioreactor system, and the concentration of the limiting substrate and 
  9. of the two microbial strains is continuously displayed, and can be 
  10. output to an Epson-compatible printer in a form resembling a multi-
  11. channel chart recorder.
