  1. BACTRHOD.AVI is a Video for Windows movie file containing
  2. a ribbon diagram of bacteriorhodopsin.  The chromophore
  3. is shown as a purple stick model and the lysine sidechain
  4. to which it is attached via a schiff's base is shown in blue.

  6. The images were created on a Silicon Graphics IRIS workstation
  7. with VGX graphics hardware.
