BACTRHOD.AVI is a Video for Windows movie file containing
a ribbon diagram of bacteriorhodopsin.  The chromophore
is shown as a purple stick model and the lysine sidechain
to which it is attached via a schiff's base is shown in blue.

The images were created on a Silicon Graphics IRIS workstation
with VGX graphics hardware.
