  21. Recommendation D.240 sets out the charging and accounting principles 
  22. for teleservices provided over the ISDN. It covers the teleservices 
  23. currently contained in Recommendation I.241: telephony, teletex, 
  24. telefax 4, mixed mode, videotex and telex.

  26. The charging and accounting principles for teleservices should be based 
  27. on those developed for the bearer service supporting them.
