  17. nettools.ini "may" be included in certain distribution sets where certain
  18. selections have been predetermined.  Virgin copies of the program
  19. will not contain the ini file until after the first use of NetTools.  
  20. NetTools will create an ini file of its own once it has been user
  21. configured.

  23. These files may not be modified, changed or altered in any way with
  24. out the prior consent of Game Tool Technologies, subject to the
  25. licensing agreement outlined in the document included with this
