> Kasi Mir on the keys:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello all,
this is a message from the so-called mastermind of Melancholy Dreams.
In this directory, you'll find all songs I released to the public.
I made quite a few more, but those need remixing before I'll release them.
Probably I'll completetly rerecord them.
Anyway, here is somthing about me: I was born in 1971, at the moment I'm
a student of computer science in my hometown of Hamburg in beautiful nor-
thern Germany. Since 1987, I use some of my spare time to compose little
tunes -- first of a C64, but for over eight years now, I use my Amiga as
a composition tool. Most of my songs are written in FTM (FaceTheMusic) for-
mat, because it was the first Amiga tracker that supported eight voices with
a bearable output quality. This format should mot be confused with the PC
Fasttracker (same acronym, but completely incompatible format).
My songs are quite unlike the usual 'mods'; they feature a more classical
pop songs structure -- and they have lyrics! As FTM doesn't have a built-in
speech sythesizer, those lyrics aren't actually sung in the tunes, but you
can sing along if you like. One word of caution: I'm a big fan of the art of
superstition; so most of the lyrics should better not be taken too seriously.
From time to time, I even write a song to make fun of typical song stereo-
types; "Since I started to think", "Hand-made" and "Here & Tonight" are
examples for this strange hobby.
