  6. Electronic End User License Agreement

  9. This  International Business Machines  (IBM) End User License  Agreement 
  10. ("EULA") accompanies the Wimbledon PDAce '02 product ("Software").  Read 
  11. this agreement carefully.  If you do not wish to accept this  agreement, 
  12. you  may not  install or use this  Software  on a  device,  simulator or 
  13. emulator of the Palm Computing Platform.
  14.  
  15. 1. Use of Software
  16. You may install the Software on a device,  simulator or  emulator of the 
  17. PalmOS Platform and distribute unmodified copies of the Software freely. 
  18. Each copy that is distributed must contain this  agreement and any other 
  19. documentation pertaining to this Software. You may not offer versions of 
  20. this Software for  download or other means of  distribution  without the 
  21. prior consent of IBM.  You may not charge a fee for the distribution  of 
  22. this Software on any media with the  exception of the cost of the  media 
  23. that it is supplied on or with.

  25. 2. Copyright
  26. The  Software is owned by International  Business  Machines,  2002,  all 
  27. rights reserved. This agreement does not grant you intellectual property
  28. rights in the Software.
  29.  
  30. 3. Restrictions
  31. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer,  decompile, 
  32. dissasemble or otherwise attempt to  discover the code and algorithms of 
  33. the Software.
  34.  
  35. 4. No Warranty
  36. THE SOFTWARE IS DELIVERED AS IS AND IBM MAKES NO  WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE 
  37. OR PERFORMANCE.  IBM DOES NOT,  AND CANNOT  WARRANT THE  PERFORMANCE  OR 
  38. RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING  THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.  IBM 
  39. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,  AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD 
  40. PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN
  41. NO EVENT WILL IBM BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL  OR 
  42. SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
