  10. This editor will allow you to edit many facets of the game's "personality".
  11. With it, you may change what you like of how the computer sets up the
  12. game "board" so to speak.  Create Units and Buildings, Modify what's on the
  13. map in the first place, you can add a construction site and/or rocket
  14. turrets right on the enemy's doorstep, reduce the enemy to IRAQ, (meaning
  15. reduce them to a eency weency itsy bitsy little fly for you to spit on and
  16. destroy).  And MANY MANY MANY other things.  Yes, for only 99.95, you too
  17. can be the owner of this program, it slices, it dices, it'll even make you
  18. powdered toast!  And if you act NOW! you can get a 100% discount, free of
  19. charge!  If any of this is incorrect, then write to all-mighty and
  20. tell him/her to send me down a replacement fast, so I can finish this life
  21. and get on with my next!  Hey, when's the last time you got a socially
  22. conscious software!  I can't even spell, and you don't have to pay ANYTHING
  23. more for that!  See how much fun it can be!  Anyways, there are numerous
  24. help files this time and hopefully no confusion.  As usual, I promise to make
  25. another update when I have enough information/ideas to do so.  Maybe I'll
  26. do one when Dune 3 comes out.  :}

  28. As for the context of the editor, it is mostly the same as the old one
  29. with the addition of more visual editing capabilities (the old version of
  30. this program allowed you only to view the map and see the coordinates).

  32. I did a few things with configuration options and other misc. things.

  34. Btw, you don't need a config file for this if you like the defaults, but
  35. if you need to change them (through Shift-F10 in main menu), then it
  36. will automatically create a config file that will be read into the
  37. program the next time it runs.  This config file also keeps the default
  38. Filespec for the loading so you don't have to switch each time.

  45. Btw, IMHO, I think that once we get to a more sophisticated level of
  46. intelligence, just THINK of the possibilities that shareware people
  47. will do for you!  Maybe we might even get an uninterruptable .GL file
  48. of Sally Struthers BEGGING you to pay the registration fee.  I'm
  49. telling you, I just CAN NOT WAIT TILL THIS HAPPENS!
