  6. OK, gang, this is for real:  I've heard from my contact at Yahoo!,
  7. and the first BAFUG meeting in a long time is now scheduled:

  9. * Yahoo! (701 First Ave., Sunnyvale), building E, room 9.
  10. * Meeting is scheduled for 7 - 10 PM (1900 - 2200 hrs.); guard will
  11.   let folks in the door between 6:30 - 7:30 PM.

  13. Detailed location information is below, for those who want it.

  15. I am given to understand that Colin Percival will be in attendance, and
  16. that iXsystems will be participating as well.  I'll let folks from
  17. iXsystems speak directly as to what they have planned.  :-)

  19. The address is 701 First Ave., Sunnyvale, CA; a map & directions,
  20. for Yahoo! may be found at

  22. the directions refer to your destination as "Building D".

  24. That is not the case for this meeting.  Rather, we are meeting in
  25. Building E, which is the building on the other side of First Ave.
  26. from Building D.  (We're meeting in the same room as BayLISA has
  27. been using for the past couple of years on the 3rd Thursday of each
  28. month.)  Thus, once you turn on to First Ave. from Mathilda, turn
  29. *left* -- not right.

  31. Alternatively, you may turn from Mathilda to Lockheed Martin Way (the
  32. continuation of W. Java Dr. across Mathilda), then turn right before you
  33. get to the guarded gates at Lockhhed Martin.
