  2. alt.binaries.sounds.midi and translated to MIDI Synth for the Apple IIGS

  14. Be sure to include the required instrument (.BNK) and associated
  15. waveform (.WAV) files in the directory with the sequence files,
  16. if required by your sequence player.

  18. The raw MIDI files were translated to MIDI Synth by MIDI Surgeon 2.0,

  47. James Taylor's "Country Road" This piece was assembled using Cakewalk
  48. Pro for windows version 3.0.  I entered it without the use of a
  49. keyboard, one note at a time using Cakewalk's staff mode.  The end
  50. product is not so much a testament to my orchestration or musical
  51. abilities, as it is to Cakewalk's extraordinary flexibility and ease
  52. of use.  I started with the sheet music (easy piano) and worked from
  53. there.  This version is orchestrated with accoustic guitar, bass
  54. guitar, piano and three drum lines.  This is the first midi piece that
  55. I have constructed, and I spent approximately 10 hours assembling it.
  56. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed working on it.
