  2. Clavier Volume II. I got these from alt.binaries.sounds.music
  3. newsgroup, where they were uploaded by brtravis@merle.acns.nwu.edu 
  4. (Bryen Travis). See two other archives for the 48 preludes and fuges
  5. of Book I. You will need Piano.Bnk and Piano.Wav in the same directory
  6. as the one used to store the sequence files.

  9. MIDI Surgeon, which will be published in the Jan/Feb 1994 issue of GS+
