Johann Sebastian Bach's 24 preludes and fugues from The Well-Tempered 
Clavier Volume II. I got these from alt.binaries.sounds.music
newsgroup, where they were uploaded by brtravis@merle.acns.nwu.edu 
(Bryen Travis). See two other archives for the 48 preludes and fuges
of Book I. You will need Piano.Bnk and Piano.Wav in the same directory
as the one used to store the sequence files.
  
The raw MIDI files were translated to MIDI Synth format by my program
MIDI Surgeon, which will be published in the Jan/Feb 1994 issue of GS+
