  8. Small introduction...
  9. ----------------------
  10.   Wingo is a program manager for Windows 3.xx 
  11.   It allows to start quickly programs and to organize applications and files
  12.   into workable and independent menus.
  13.   This system allows for example :
  14.   - To install a password when you start Windows or other Windows programs.
  15.   - To organize access to the datas without being limitated by numbers or
  16.     losing time to find them.
  17.   - To release windows main memory.
  18.   - To make batch-process.
  19.   - To create "NETWORK" user interface, etc .

  22. Installation...
  23. ---------------
  24.   To install WinGo automatically, run SETUP.EXE file under Windows. Or 
  25.   manually, you have to expand the *.??_ files and to copy them in the 
  26.   directories which follow :

  28.   Syntax for expanding a *.??_ file :
  29.   EXPAND SrcFile DestFile
  30.   Example : EXPAND C:\TMP\WINGO.HL_ C:\WINDOWS\MENU\WINGO.HLP
