Small introduction...
----------------------
  Wingo is a program manager for Windows 3.xx 
  It allows to start quickly programs and to organize applications and files
  into workable and independent menus.
  This system allows for example :
  - To install a password when you start Windows or other Windows programs.
  - To organize access to the datas without being limitated by numbers or
    losing time to find them.
  - To release windows main memory.
  - To make batch-process.
  - To create "NETWORK" user interface, etc .
  For more details, read WINGO.HLP file.

Installation...
---------------
  To install WinGo automatically, run SETUP.EXE file under Windows. Or 
  manually, you have to expand the *.??_ files and to copy them in the 
  directories which follow :

  Syntax for expanding a *.??_ file :
  EXPAND SrcFile DestFile
  Example : EXPAND C:\TMP\WINGO.HL_ C:\WINDOWS\MENU\WINGO.HLP
