  11.         publications for two of its product families, video
  12.         graphics adapters and modems.

  29.         "Editors Choice" - PC Magazine (September 13, 1994)
  30.         "If making the modem look fast was on of Boca Research's
  31.         intentions, it succeeded.  Fortunately, the V.FAST Class
  32.         External BocaModem is every bit as fast as it looks," state
  33.         PC Magazine in its review of 25 modems.  In awarding Boca
  34.         the best overall V.FAST modem Editors' Choice award, the
  35.         magazine went on to say, "The V.FC BocaModem is a good
  36.         choice for those who want 28.8Kbps power now and an
  37.         upgrade to V.34 later."  Boca markets this V.FAST Class
  38.         modem under the Boca Research and the Complete brand names.

  40.         "Best Buy" - PC World (September 1, 1994)
  41.         In its article, "Speed Demons, Top Windows Accelerators,"
  42.         PC World reviews 33 boards with street prices under $600,
  43.         breaking them into three groups that address the needs of
  44.         various Windowns users, and states, "...the overachieving
  45.         Boca Voyager runs away with the prize.  Its features are
  46.         competitive with those of its price peers, yet it performs
  47.         on a par with boards costing $100 to $200 more..."  With a
  48.         headline claiming, "Put Some Fire Under Your Text," the
  49.         Boca Voyager won hands-down.  "It's the best all-around
  50.         board in this price range, offering outstanding performance,
  51.         good software, and the lowest price of any board that has
  52.         broken into our Top 10."

  55.         includes many other industry trade press recognitions.

  57.         1994 ranging form publications such as BYTE Magazine
  58.         (28.8Kbps modem, a four-star recommended product), CRN
  59.         (Computer Reseller News) Test Center at PC Expo evaluated
  60.         the Multimedia Modem by Boca and pronounced it "...best
  61.         choice for a real multimedia Data/Fax/Voice high speed modem
  62.         for today's business," and PC/Computing Best 200 PC
  63.         products (28.8Kbps modem and the 14.4Kbps modems for both
  64.         Boca and The Complete brand).
