  1. Contact Scheduler v. 4.15 - Report Generator

  3. We've taken this opportunity to incorporate the Report Generator
  4. into CS4. RG allows you to format, save, edit and print customized
  5. reports using the data stored in the CS4 records.
  6.  
  7. RG allows you to setup row and column assignments for each of the
  8. data fields, Company Name, Group Name, each of the 25 Comment lines,
  9. etc.

  11. You can save the format with a 55 character descriptive name and
  12. retrieve it later if you need to edit it. The RG section is menu
  13. driven and we do turn the mouse off.

  15. When printing a report you can choose to match a group (like CS4), 
  16. to print tagged records only (within a specific group if you choose
  17. to match a group), and finally to choose whether you want one record
  18. per page or multiple records per page (if space allows). 
  19.  
  20. A note on the multiple records per page option. If you choose to
  21. develop a format with only a few fields being included you can use
  22. this option to place multiple records per page. With a long report
  23. it may be best to place one record per page to avoid split records.
