  3.      Softnet  has agreed to handle problems concerning the Zoom  Fax-server

  5. Faxmodem  and software. They have extensively tested it, and assure  us  it
  6.  
  7. works  well,  and  will  have answers you need. If  you  think  it  may  be
  8.  
  9. broken...
  10.  
  11. Try  sending  AT&F&W  to the modem from terminal mode to  set  it  back  to
  12. factory defaults.
  13.  
  14.      If  you  are  using  the  late version  of  software  AND/OR  if  your
  15. modem/fax/scanner  has been working fine but now is not, AND you  have  not
  16. changed/added  any  software/hardware to your system,  then  call  Customer
  17. service  617-423-1072 for RA # for repair. If the defect is within 30  days
  18. of  purchase, the dealer will usually exchange it.

  20.      All modems have a 7 year warranty.  We can normally tell by the serial
  21. #  if the modem is still in warranty. So include the serial #  (bracket  of
  22. internals, bottom of others).

  24.      >> OOW (out of warranty) repairs are $30 flat rate, including lighting
  25. or other damaged ones.

  27.   For overseas, return shipping and other expenses are paid by the user.

  30. purchase, and are subject to their terms at time of purchase.
