  18.         The program FRASC, written by Steve Cannon, can be run to extract
  19.         all the notes from your PAF database. It writes the notes to a
  20.         file named FR.NOT. When FRASC is finished all of the notes from
  21.         the PAF file are in this one file. PAFNOT was written make further
  22.         processing of these notes practical.

  24.         PAFNOT reads the output file from FRASC.  The note for each RIN
  25.         found on the FR.NOT file is written to a separate file in the
  26.         subdirectory named PAFNOTES. The note you created for RIN 1 will
  27.         have the name 000001.TXT in the PAFNOTES subdirectory, while RIN
  28.         100 will have the name 000100.TXT, and so on.
