  19.         Not everyone follows the obvious rules of always identifying
  20.         Switzerland as Switzerland or using the U.S. postal codes for
  21.         states.  Instead there are many ways of spelling place names. 
  22.         When importing GEDCOM files from other sources, or even when
  23.         several individuals are entering data in one PAF database,
  24.         identifying these differences and correcting them one by one can
  25.         be tedious and time consuming.  There is also the problem of names
  26.         typed in with all uppercase letters and correct capitalization of
  27.         some last names such as those beginning with Mc or Mac.  NE4PAF is
  28.         a utility to help you make these kinds of corrections.

  30.         NE4PAF will allow you to edit the name file (NAME2.DAT) of
  31.         Personal Ancestral File (tm), version 2.2.  It will also 
  32.         automatically place all names in lowercase letters except for the
  33.         first letter of the name while also capitalizing the first letter
  34.         to follow Mc, Mac, a space, or the characters: (, ), [, ], the
  35.         question mark or the comma.

  37.         When individual names are changed, all related changes to the
  38.         individual (INDIV2.DAT) or marriage (MARR2.DAT) files are
  39.         performed.  This version allows a user specified dictionary to
  40.         handle non-standard capitalization.
