  18.         Uses the PAF data base to build a file of C-Vectors. The output
  19.         file contains the vector elements, sex, a file identification
  20.         character, and name of the base individual.

  22.         The C-Vector is an array of seven integers.  Each element is the
  23.         birth year of an individual as follows:

  26.                2  Father
  27.                3  Mother
  28.                4  Paternal Grandfather
  29.                5  Paternal Grandmother
  30.                6  Maternal Grandfather
  31.                7  Maternal Grandmother

  33.         Taken as an individual indentifier, the C-Vector is very nearly
  34.         unique.  It is independent of data base format and vagaries of
  35.         surname spelling.  Once a single individual is found in common
  36.         between two data bases, ancestors from that point back are held in
  37.         common.  C-Vector comparisons are gender independent - the same
  38.         for male and female lines.
