INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
3 cup Rhubarb - cut fine
1 1/2 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour
2 ea Egg yolks
1/8 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Mix sugar and flour, add beaten yolks, rhubarb. Place mixture in
unbaked crust and bake. Make merigue with 2 egg whites, beaten stiff,
6 T. sugar. Pile on baked pie, brown in oven.
