INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1 cup Brown sugar
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
2 cup Milk - sweet
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 ea Eggs
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Cook till thick, add 2 egg yolks beaten to this mixture. Cook until
eggs are cooked. Make meringue of egg whites.
Note: Combine first 5 ingredients to cook. THEN add the 2 yolks and
cook until done. Pour into prepared, baked, graham or pastry lined pie
pan. Pile merigue on top and brown in hot oven.
