  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        3        cup   Sugar                                             
  14.        3/4      cup   Water                                             
  15.        2        ea    Egg whites                                        
  16.        1/2      cup   Corn syrup - light                                
  17.        1        tsp   Vanilla                                           
  18.        1/2      tsp   Salt                                              
  19.        1/2      cup   Nut meats

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Cook sugar, syrup and water to boiling point. Caver and let boil 3    
  24.     minutes without stirring. Remove cover, cook unitl hard ball stage or 
  25.     255 F. Add salt and vanilla to egg whites, beat until still. Pour     
  26.     syrup from a height of 1 foot, slowly into whites. When thick, drop by
  27.     teaspoonful on waxed paper, after adding nuts.
