  14.        4        tsp   Baking powder                                     
  15.        1/4      tsp   Salt                                              
  16.        2        Tbsp  Sugar                                             
  17.        2        ea    Eggs                                              
  18.        1 1/4    cup   Milk                                              
  19.        6        Tbsp  Butter - melted

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg yolks, add with milk to dry   
  24.     ingredients. Beat until batter is smooth. Add melted butter and folk  
  25.     in stiffly beaten egg whites. Preheat iron and bake 3 or 4 minutes.   
  26.     This recipes makes 6 waffles.
