INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
2 1/2 cup Milk - sour
1 cup Maple syrup - or sugar
2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Graham flour - to make thick batter
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Place in bread pan, let rise in warm place 1/2 hour. This makes 1
large loaf.
Note: No time or temperature given. Assume a moderate 350 - 400 F oven
for 45 - 60 minutes.
