CFMonth()
 Return the French character month.

 Syntax:

     CFMonth( <dDate> ) --> <cFrenchMonth>

 Returns:

     CFMonth() returns a charater string containing the french name for the
     month of the date expression supplied.  If the date expression supplied
     is empty a nul string is returned.

 Arguments:

     <dDate> is any date expression.

 Description:

     CFMonth is the exact same as CMONTH() except it returns the french
     name of the month.
