CFDow()
 Return the French character day of week.

 Syntax:

     CFDow( <dDate> ) --> <cFrenchDay>

 Arguments:

     <dDate> is any date expression.

 Returns:

     CFDow() returns a charater string containing the french name for the
     day of week of the date expression supplied.  If the date expression
     supplied is empty a nul string is returned.

 Description:

     CFDow() is the exact same as CDOW() except it returns the french
     name of the week day.
