MEWEL 3.1 CHANGES

           IMPORTANT - THESE CHANGES ARE NOT IN THE MANUAL YET!!!!


 The changes from version 3.0 to 3.1 of MEWEL are mainly enhancements to
 make MEWEL more compatible with Microsoft Windows. The eventual goal is
 to make MEWEL as compatible with Windows as possible, so that the porting
 effort between text mode and Windows can be minimized.
