Episode #8: "Viva Sex Vegas - Part 1"  At 10 a.m., the luxury customized double-decker bus loaded up the C*E*A employees who wanted to travel to Vegas with Francesca, Erich, Cathie, and Antonio. A professional driver would be at the wheel while drinking took place in the back of the bus, with Steve and Taylor on board with acoustic guitars to lead the singing in the group party atmosphere. Other employees opted for the C*E*A-provided rental cars, trucks or jeeps. The party usually flew to the resort destination for these junkets, but this time it was decided that a bus party through the desert would be more fun ... sort of like a summer camp trip. Everyone was having a great time, and it seemed like only minutes before the bus came to a stop at the Barstow Station McDonald's. Everyone piled out of the bus half drunk, and soon the place was taken over by the raucous party! They had been singing old Beatles songs on the bus and when tourists asked for Steve and Taylor's autographs, Steve signed his "John Lennon" and Taylor signed as "Paul McCartney". Francesca signed as "Yoko Ono". In the gift shop, everyone in the party started buying tacky tourist clothing and putting it on. Soon it became a contest to see who could find the cheesiest wearable souvenir.Just as Francesca tried on a pair of novelty 'X-Ray Specs', someone took a flash picture of her. Everyone turned to see who did it ... It was Norris!! And Kupek was with him! They had followed the bus from L.A.! The Paparazzi bolted out the door and ran for their car. They got their doors locked a second before Erich reached them. Furious, Erich began pounding on the car window with his fists and cursing at them. The car pulled away and out into the street, where Erich lost sight of them in the traffic.Before leaving Barstow, Steve and Taylor swapped their places on the bus with Apathy and Elbogz, and took their jeep with Taylor, who was sober, doing the driving.Later, back on the highway, in the bus's sleeping compartment, Wally, Jo, Bette, Chowmein, Agent 96, Shades, BikerBob and MightySam (as they were known in the C*E*A chat room!) were playing strip poker. MightySam and Wally were losing badly when Francesca burst in the door."Hurry! Take these and start making water balloons!" said Francesca frantically as she threw a dozen condoms onto the bed.Steve had spotted Norris and Kupek from his jeep on the highway, trying to get near the bus to take photos from their car windows. He called Francesca on his cel phone and suggested a condom water-balloon attack on the Paparazzi.Next Episode: "Viva Sex Vegas, Part 2!" |
