Technical Support Representatives can assist you with troubleshooting hardware, answering questions related to upgrading system components, and other technical issues. All questions are answered chronologically..
Remember, the more information you include, the better we will be able to answer your question. Please include the answers to as many of the following questions in your email to us:

  • What hardware and software has been installed or deleted on the system?
  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What is the exact error message, if any?
  • In what applications or programs is the issue happening?
  • Does the symptom happen in Safe Mode (Windows 95)?
  • How often does the issue present itself?
  • Can you duplicate it on a consistent basis?
  • Is there anything else that you can tell us that might help us help you faster?
