Gateway Gold Service and Support Agreement is standard on all Gateway 2000 desktop and tower computers. All customers who purchase a Gateway 2000 system are entitled to this service at no additional charge. Gateway Gold Service and Support includes expanded 24-hour, seven days a week, 365 days a year telephone technical support, one year on-site agreement, three year limited warranty, and next business day parts and replacement service (depending on parts availability).
Gateway Gold Premium provides you with two valuable features! The first feature is a dedicated 800 number that provides priority access to Technical means that the same rules, regulations, features, and benefits that apply to the first year level of service also apply to the upgraded second and third years.
