Drive not set up for Hot Fix.  Run PREPARE.

     Occurs on:  SFT I.  This is an Abend error.

     Meaning:    This error that occurs at bootup time indicates that
                 the drive the server was attempting to use was not set
                 up for SFT Level I Hot Fix.

     Cause:      SFT Level I requires Hot Fix to be set up on all drives
                 before the operating system is booted.

     Solution:   Run PREPARE and set up all of the drives on the server
                 for Hot Fix.
