FinanceNet's
Government Asset Sales

FinanceNet is the Internet "clearing house" for all public offerings of Government assets...Federal, state and local in an attempt build efficiencies and reduce the cost to taxpayers of offering these assets for sale.
In a close cooperative effort with the National Performance Review, the The National Science Foundation has developed an extensive package of Internet communications tools to facilitate this major, joint outreach effort to provide links and information services to government financial managersworldwide. In designing and supporting FinanceNet, NSF is proactively matching the NPR's vision and mission of encouraging the sharing of new ideas, best practices, success stories, financial documents, lessons learned and other interesting avenues to improving financial management practices at all levels of government across all geopolitical boundaries.
FinanceNet represents the information clearing house of the
Joint Financial Management Improvement Program, a joint cooperative
