yes, but cheese has anti-cancer properties

Oh Please. What frightens me is that someone somewhere probably believes the implications of what you wrote. Then they too might say:

: Eat Brussels Sprouts and drink a glass of red wine on a regular basis!

Fact: processed cheese has great anti cancer properties (apparently) On the same basis (and I stress this is merely an example and NOT a health warning) the combination of bacon and coffee creates a very potent carcinogen. The fact is that everything we put into our bodies will have some effect. And the experiments which some claim to be a good indicator of cancer causing properties (the Ames test-it uses genetically modified bacteria, like man urgh ;-]) are scientifically a little dodgy.

Oh and brussel sprouts (and especially brocolli) give you wind. So there
