What I don't understand is how the service takes so long at McD's. Most of there food is premade and sitting under heat lamps waiting to get cold. Or sitting in a bag getting cold while there are three cars in front of you at the drive thru. Mcd's does not encourage "have it your way" If you want fast hot food go to BK or Wendy's. The other cahins have good management teams that make thier employess hustle. McD's is the only place where I never order something special ; i.e. hold the pickles hold the lettuce.
always at BK and Wendy's I have my burger made to order. Usually I hold the mayo. but at McD's I never do. And I don't think most people do either.(at least they should know better) When the were having thier new Chicken breast sandwich I once ordered it without mayo. It took 10 minutes . when I got home it had mayo anyway. I called to complain and the manager was nice enough to give me a free meal the next day.
I cannot understand how the other two chains make their food to order and do it so much faster.
and Mcd's has these stupid items such as the "ARCH DELUXE" that is so stupid. it's just like a quarter pounder with lettuce and tomato. and that MCDLT was really stupid too. keeping the cold side cold. Well the whole thing was cold anyway. but thier fires are the best and BK ruined thier fries by putting a potato chips like artificial coating on thiers.
Mcdonlad's is the only place where I have been told to park it while waiting at the drive thru, and not even for a special order. If you notice most mcd's have two parking spaces to the right of the drive thru . those are the park it lanes.
