Are all your locations doing this?

If you haven't done so yet, see if there is another location a few miles away. They may still fix coffee in the quality way they should. Or, talk to the manager about this. Tell him that you have a right to what you paid for, and that cutting corners is a bullshit disservice to customers. If he shows he doesn't give a shit, then try another McD location. Or see if the local BK is any better...with its food and coffee.
