Well then I suppose McDonald's could market a veggie burger on a trial basis, and see what happens. Then if it goes, make it a part of the regular menu.But the other places (Burger King, Wendy's, etc) seem to be doing just fine without the meatless sandwich.
I've been surprisingly pleased lately with Whataburger's product, so again it would be to McDonald's advantage to monitor its competition, and improve on its current products. And also come up with innovative touches to make it stand out.
These ridiculous slogans ("My McDonald's" and "Did somebody say 'McDonald's'?") are not the way to win back the chain's market share.
Furthermore, "Everett Citizen", I don't take any pleasure in watching any business or organization go bust. None of the corporations I've been acquainted with have hurt or damaged me personally.
I especially right now don't want to see Ford go under, because I just bought a new truck of theirs (a Ranger). Not to mention a fallen firm doesn't do the economy any good.
