Accidents do happen

As long as a business or public organization uses reasonable care, I do not think the public has the right to expect more. We need more personal responsibility for our actions rather than blaming someone else and calling the closes attorney. Grow Up! Stop blaming all your aches and pains on someone else. Accidents do happen in real life no matter what precaustions anyone takes.
