I finally reached the Customer Satisfaction Dept

Thank you for your response and concern. Through numerous phone calls I was finally able to reach the Customer Satisfaction Dept. of McDonalds and felt better after speaking to a representative. She, too, was very concerned and apologetic re: this incident. They took my information re: fireants incident, location of the McDonalds, etc., and promised to get back in touch with me within a few days. My grandson is feeling much better (celebrating his 2nd birthday Monday) and hopefully steps will be taken to prevent incidents such as this from happening to other children. Again thank you for your response.
