im very disappointed to hear of your situation....i have been in manag-
ement (senior) for some time and we, in australia handle things alot
differently and with swift professional action....even attending a
hospital ,if god -forbid something like your situation happened...not
only as the restuarant mgr but as a concerned by-stander!!!!!! i hope
he is ok and the manager on duty should be dealt with accordingly
that this situation does not occur again....children are precious and
not to be treated as a comodity!!!! i hope you find the right people
to deal with.....
