A room full of cross customers is hard to believe

Are you SURE that many of your customers are such assholes? I'm sorry, but
I just can't picture the description that you gave. Perhaps people in Texas
are more laid back and easy going. But I don't recall such consumer anarchy in
other places in the States that I've visited.

But if this is true, maybe you should all take a look at yourselves, and see if
there is anything you need to do to improve your location so you won't be confronted by so many irate customers. It's so easy to piss and moan about them and blame them for everything. It's a little more of a challenge to improve your service and product.

If it weren't for us, your location wouldn't exist.
