You clearly know not what you are talking about. All Australia McOpCo stores use a computer system called ISP. ALl these systems operate exactly the same no matter in which store they are. They are all connected on one big network set up. For this reason I know what you are saying to be utter crap. Any manger can gain access to a function called a "Time Punch Approval Report". This report shows all time punches made by any employee. Even if the time punches are change ISP will show the original time punches compared to the new changed ones. If a store manager is doing this and another manager finds out all they need to do is log onto the computer and print a Time Punch Approval Report. It is that simply. The store manager will loose their job - and the manager who presents the evidence will not be stealing the evidence as this report can be printed by any assistant manger (or even a swing). So you are clearly over exagerating a problem which if it is happening that a store manager is ripping people off - it should be easy to track! Especially since all McOpCo crew people recieve a pay slip with their time punches also. I think that you just wrote your little message without know all the facts. GO DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
