So then why was McDonald's allowed to sue two poor people for claiming just that? Remember, McDonald's were the LITIGANTS, not the defendants.
facts, I think that some of the attacks against McDonalds are pointless. To wit:

: McDonalds doesn't pay their people well. So what? Not every job in this world deserves a large salary. It doesn't take to much skill to flip a hamburger; Pretty much anybody can do it. In jobs where anyone can perform, you're not going to get a high salary.
