Although this whole McSpotlight campaign brought up some interesting (albeit, not already unknown; "What!? Hamburgers are BAD for me!?!") facts, I think that some of the attacks against McDonalds are pointless. To wit:That Ronald McDonald is some evil tool used to warp children's minds. Obviously, he's a marketing tool aimed at kids. So what? Get over it.
It's called smart business.
McDonalds doesn't pay their people well. So what? Not every job in this world deserves a large salary. It doesn't take to much skill to flip a hamburger; Pretty much anybody can do it. In jobs where anyone can perform, you're not going to get a high salary.
