refreshing. No namby-pamby crap about spreading democracy and
enlightenment around the globe. Just good old acquisition of foreign
labor and resources. I think a guy in Germany in the 1930's had a
similar idea. But who's this "we" you're referring to? What is a nation? Is it an
entity that exists apart from its citizens? The last sentence of my
original message, which you excluded, was intended to make the point
that the ruling cabal of capitalists in America has made life miserable
for the people. Now it wants to do the same with the citizens of
other nations. This money cabal is what most Americans refer to
when they say "we" ought to be doing something. Just another way in
which capitalist propaganda molds our minds to meet the needs of the
rich and powerful.
