Just one question

The general gist of these arguments seems to be this, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong: The reason a utopian state has not yet come to happy fruition in this world is that we just haven't had quite the right people in charge. Now if "we" were in charge "we" could avoid all the nasty pitfalls of past generations of socialist engineers and "we" really could build a socialist utopia, with a sliding scale "size tax" etc.
So I have just one question, an honest question that I would like you to think seriously about. When I, Capitan Freedom, decide to take my massive multinational corporation out of your country and away from your sliding scale "size tax," just exactly how will you go about tracking me down and shooting me between the eyes because I wouldn't play ball? Think about it and let me know.
Yours truely,
Capitan Freedom.
