  1.             OUTPOST DEMO

  3.     The artwork on this disk was created at Sierra On-Line
  4. by Jonathan Bock and Richard Powell.  Outpost was designed 
  5. by Bruce Balfour and programmed by Dan Brotherton, Michael Lytton,
  6. and Randy MacNeill.  Video Post production and AVI generation 
  7. were done at Sierra Studios by Bill Crow.

  9.     This CD contains approx. 11 flic files from Sierra On-Line's
  10.  Science fiction strategy game OUTPOST.
  11.       There are also 2 AVI files that can be played with the media
  12.  player in windows.  Both AVIs are compressed versions of the Outpost
  13.  Promo Video.  
  14.     Outpost.avi is 160x120 compressed with INDEO version 3.1 
  15.  Outpost2.avi is 320x240 and is compressed using INDEO version 3.2 
  16.     Included on the disk is the latest version of video for windows
  17.  with the drivers for INDEO 3.2.  In order to play Outpost2.avi you must
  18.  run SETUP.EXE from the INDEOV32 directory on the CD to install this new
  19.  version.
  20.     Also included is an Autodesk Animator script file (outpost.SCR),
  21.  that will play the flics in the proper order using ANIPLAY.  The script 
  22.  will access files from the CD if E: is your CD drive. If your CD is
  23.  mapped to a different drive, the script must be edited to point to the
  24.  correct drive. The flics will run faster if transfered to your hard drive.
