  2. To keep things simple and not have to use encryption software we have
  3. employed a very simple scheme which is very safe indeed and is in use by
  4. other companies on the Internet.

  6. First you have to order something by post or phone with your credit card.
  7. Once your credit card has been cleared you are sent your order AND a
  8. customer code.
  9. Next time you wish to place an order you just email your order and quote
  10. your customer code.
  11. We then debit your card and send you the goods.

  13. The only thing that can go wrong is that someone finds out your customer
  14. code and orders goods on your behalf. As the goods will be sent ONLY to your
  15. address and not an alternative address fraud will be pointless and your card
  16. number is 100% safe.
  17. Obviously this means we will need to keep a record of your card number, 
  18. if you do not like this then please let us know and we will not hold a copy,
  19. but then you must order as before, by post or phone.
