  4.      Welcome to the PREMIER issue of Electronic Classified
  5. Magazine. ECM is different then most other magazines, in
  6. that it is computerized. Your hands won't get dirty reading
  7. it, and it doesn't have to be recycled. When you are done
  8. with this issue just upload it somewhere else and erase it.
  9. It can also be printed out on your printer.

  11.      Anyone can advertise in ECM for a fee. The fee is
  12. $15 for 3 months, 25 lines of text  up to 70 spaces per
  13. line. Each line over 25 is $1 additional per line. For 
  14. more information see the RATES section in the main menu.

  23. You can save hundreds of dollars in postage by sending
  24. your ad into "Cyber-Space". Don't underestimate the power
  25. of electronic marketing. This magazine has the potential 
  26. of reaching millions of computer users across the country.
  27. Local BBS's are exploding with users that can't afford to 
  28. belong to a Comercial Service. Every month I will upload a 
  29. new edition of ECM to these BBS's.

  31.      Each issue of ECM should be ready for posting by
  32. the 10th of each month. Deadlines for ads in the next
  33. months issue of ECM is the 25th of the month. Payment
  34. must be received before the ad is printed.

  36.      Look for ECM on your local BBS. The file name will
  37. be ECM#***.ZIP, where "***" is the number of the issue.
  38. There is no charge for reading ECM. You may upload ECM
  39. to any BBS or other online service that excepts Zipped
  40. files. You may not charge for this magazine, and you may
  41. not change any parts of this file. Dave Milsted owns the
