  4. I created this file as a test on doing smoke effectively.  I thought it
  5. worked out pretty well.

  7. POINTS OF INTEREST:

  9. This renders pretty well at even low res, if you can't afford the rendering
  10. time.
  11.  
  12. I made the campfire flicker by placing a whole bunch of control points on
  13. the intensity of the fire light (a spherical light in the center of the fire).
  14. I then saved the intensity envelope and loaded it into the lens flare for
  15. this light.  I SCaled it by .5 to make the flare vary between 40 & 60%
  16. instead of 80-120% like the intensity.

  18. I used the same envelope for a spotlight above the fire, pointed straight
  19. down.  I set this up to illuminate the logs, and used the flicker envelope
  20. to sync it with the fire light.
